The Story Behind BAHAM
Hi, I'm Nazli ◡̈
A few years ago, I started creating wellness experiences because I loved bringing people together. What began with yoga classes and sound baths eventually grew into retreats, workshops, community events, and unforgettable experiences shared with incredible people from all walks of life.
Along the way, I realized that while the experiences themselves were different, they all had one thing in common: connection.
That's why I created BAHAM.
Baham means "together" in Farsi, and it reflects the heart of everything we do. BAHAM is a feel-good wellness experience brand centered around connection, joy, and togetherness. Through local gatherings, retreats, and curated group experiences, our goal is simple: to create meaningful opportunities for people to connect—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.
Whether we're gathering for a sound bath in San Diego, exploring a new destination abroad, or celebrating a special occasion, every experience is designed with the same intention:

"I have been to many different yoga classes over the years, but there is some thing uniquely special and divine about Nazli's classes and her flow. Her class is unassuming, suitable for all levels and skill sets, challenging but also luxurious at the same time, and filled with a kind of warmth and welcoming nature that only Nazli could provide. On top of all that, she always plays amazing music to help those of us who are not good at drowning out background noise and which adds texture. Her flows are always unique, never boring, challenging but also with plenty of relaxation built-in. She even allows for a very delicious shavasana complete with her sound bath from her own sound bowls. There is nothing else like it. To boot, she is such a warm and caring person who I still sometimes can't believe exists because I just don't know many people who are as real as her while also being so loving, warm, and caring of those around her. Her class fills me up in a way no other class does and I am so grateful for it (and her) in my life!"
